Delivery
Orders placed before 11am (excluding weekends) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
If there are any special delivery instructions that we should know about before delivery, please add this to the note section at checkout.

Returns
You can return or exchange any part of your order within 28 days of receiving it.
We are more than happy for you to try on any briefs or swimwear to see how they fit and look however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.We always want you to be happy with your purchases so if in doubt please contact our Customer Service team on 01580 241111 for more information.
Simply complete the returns form sent to you with your order and return the item/s to us at the below address. At present we are unable to offer free returns.
Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed.
